Ducati to launch 800cc + bikes in India « Thread Started on May 3, 2008, 4:25pm »
Ducati is coming up as the next bike manufacturer after Yamaha to introduce superbikes in India. The possible launches could be of 848 and 1098 superbikes including monster and multistrada.
The launch is said to be on 7th May. Fingers crossed.
i have managed to see few monsters and ducati 1098 on roads here in britain and the sound of ducati 1098 is not that of regular hondas and yamahas. its totally different.

I agree it is very different. It has a much deeper tone than bikes from the japanese factories
At our regular meet in London someone turned up on one of these bad boys a Ducati Desmosedici RR - I heard it coming from a few streets away and it caused quite a stir...:)
